Caribbean Rub

6 tbsp garlic - minced

6 tbsp onion - minced

6 tbsp dried minced onion

2 tbsp allspice

1 tbsp dried ground chipotle

2 tbsp hungarian paprika

2 tbsp brown sugar

4½ tsp minced fresh thyme

4½ tsp cinnamon

1½ tsp nutmeg

½ tsp ground habanero

2 lemons - zest of

In a bowl combine all ingredients.
