    Pineapple-Chipotle Salsa
     
     

  • 1 pineapple - peeled & diced
  • 1 green pepper - diced
  • 1 red pepper - diced
  • 1 red onion - diced
  • 3 chipotle peppers - minced
  • ¼ cup cilantro - chopped
  • 2 limes - zested & juiced
  • ½ cup sugar
  • 2 tsp chili powder
  • 2 tsp coriander
  • 2 tsp cumin
  • 2 tsp salt

    Mix ingredients together.
