    Creole Mustard Sauce
    based upon the Planet Hollywood Creole Mustard Sauce
     

     

  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • ¼ cup Creole style mustard (* see note)
  • 1 tbsp yellow mustard
  • 1 tbsp horseradish
  • ½ tsp cider vinegar
  • 1 dash Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp red wine vinegar
  • 1 tsp water
  • ½ tsp cayenne pepper
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp green onions -- sliced in 1/4" pcs
  • 1 tbsp crushed garlic packed in oil
  • 1 tsp chopped green bell pepper -- (fine)
  • 1 tsp finely chopped celery
  • 1 tsp finely chopped onion
  •  

     
    • Mix all ingredients together thoroughly.
    NOTES : *(available in some supermarkets and specialty stores, Dijon can substitute.)
     

    Makes approximately 1 ½ cups.
