The Recipe Bin: Indian - Drinks: Non-Alcoholic

    Yogurt Drink
     

     

  • 5 cups Yogurt
  • 5 Cardamom pods
  • 6 tbsp Sugar
  • 1 tbsp Rose water
  • 1/8 tsp Nutmeg
  •  

     
    1. Remove seeds from cardamom pods and crush seeds.
       
    2. Blend 3 cups yogurt, cardamom and sugar in a electric blender.
       
    3. Beat remaining yogurt well in a bowl. Add to contents of blender and mix well.
       
    4. Add rose water to yogurt and mix well. Serve in individual glasses and sprinkle with nutmeg.
       
     

    Makes approximately 4 Servings.
