The Recipe Bin: Indian - Drinks: Non-Alcoholic

    Sherbat
    Lemon Cooler
     

     

  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 1 cup crushed Ice
  • 4 cups Water
  • 2 Lemons
  • 2 tbsp Rose water
  •  

     
    1. Squeeze juice from the 2 lemons and reserve juice.
       
    2. In a saucepan, combine sugar, crushed ice, 4 cups water, lemon juice and rose water.
       
    3. When sugar is completely dissolved, strain and serve the Sherbat in frosty glasses.
       
     

    Makes approximately 4 Servings.
