    Miso Soup
     

     
    1 Onion (Diced)
    ⅓ cup Carrot (Minced)
    1 Cabbage Leaf (Minced)
    2 tsp Oil
    4 tsp Miso (soybean Paste) (Heaping)
    4 cups Water
    2 tsp Tahini
     

     
    • Saute onion, carrot, and cabbage in oil for 5 minutes.
    • Add miso, water and tahini; bring to boiling.
    • Reduce heat and simmer 20 to 30 minutes.
     

    Makes approximately 2 servings.
