The Recipe Bin: Russian - Entrees: Poultry

    Russian Chicken
     

     

  • 2 Chicken breasts
  • 1 package Dry onion soup mix
  • 8 oz Russian salad dressing
  • 8 oz Apricot preserves
  •  

     
    Place chicken parts as needed in glass baking dish. Combine dressing, preserves, and dry onion soup mix, and spoon over chicken. Bake at 350°F for 1½ hours.
     

    Makes approximately 2 servings.
